The Privilège Card
The advantages
Free and unlimited access until 31 July 2023
to the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions, without having to make a reservation and including the provision of an audio guide (limited to one visit per day).
Priority access
Priority access to the temporary exhibitions and the museum’s permanent collection, both for you and the persons accompanying you (the latter will need to pay for their admission at the ticket desk).
Discounts
- A 5% discount on the products in the cultural gift shop (excluding certain indicated items).
- A 10% discount in the Salon de Thé after 2 p.m.

You will receive newsletters with the programme of exhibitions and events and exclusive offers reserved for holders of the Privilège card.

> Card reserved for young people under the age of 26 on the day they buy their card.
Buying your Privilège Card?
Online payment
Fill in the online subscription form: select your package, enter your personal information, and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or ‘e-Carte Bleue’).
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and your card will be sent to your home address within 15 days.
Purchases at the ticket desk
You may purchase your ‘Privilège’ card directly at the ticket desk in the Musée Jacquemart-André and pay in cash, by credit card, or with a cheque.
The Privilège Card is valid for one year from the issue date.

In the event of loss or theft of your card
A duplicate will be sent to you by post only and a charge of 10 euros will be made.
Send:
- The completed application form for a duplicate card (downloaded from the Internet)
- A photocopy of your ID card
- A cheque for €10 payable to “Culturespaces SA” to the following address: Musée Jacquemart-André - Carte Privilège - 158, boulevard Haussmann 75008 Paris
Your duplicate will be sent to you within 15 days.
