Conference

Nélie Jacquemart's travels

By Mélanie Leboucher

On Thursday, March 6 at 8:30 am

Conference by Mélanie Leboucher, Jacquemart-André museum speaker

After breakfast in the André couple's dining room, we invite you to join us for a talk on Nélie Jacquemart's passion for travel. An artist-painter, Nélie and her husband, Edouard André, built up one of the most important art collections of their time on their travels in Italy and around the world. After her husband's death, she continued her unbridled quest for beauty and art. Her many travels took her from Italy to Egypt, India and Burma.
